Energy Healing

Reiki is a simple yet powerful healing technique that works to balance the energy system of the body. It s believed that when the "life force energy" (AKA: chi) within the body is balanced, then this can lead to improved health, increased relaxation, and improved well-being. So if the level of life force energy is high and is flowing smoothly through the body (i.e. through the meridians), then the person is happier and more resilient to disease. Conversely, if the level of someone's "life force energy" is low or is blocked, then they are more likely to be experiencing stress or illness.

The goal of Reiki is to increase the amount of life force energy that is running through the body and to help it flow smoothly throughout all areas of the body. The goal of balancing the person's energy is similar to that of acupuncturists. However, with Reiki the practitioner does not need any special equipment (e.g. needles), and the practitioner does not need to touch the body, it can be done hands off. 

When conducting energy healings, I use crystals to focus the healing energy and to enhance its effectiveness.  I also uses a pendulum to measure the health and balance of your chakras and a Reiki technique to balance and cleanse each chakra.
